Aperto eLearning Solutions is pleased to announce a partnership with Curverider to provide seamless integration between WebCT's Vista and Campus Edition 6 product lines, and the Open Source Learning Landscape product Elgg.

Elgg is a learner-centered environment, providing capabilities for blogging, podcasting, RSS syndication and social networking. Elgg, when integrated with a Learning Management System such as WebCT, provide users with a set of informal learning tools which complement WebCT's rich formal learning structures.

Beyond integration, this partnership will provide support, customisation and pedagogical training for those interested in using Elgg within a WebCT environment.

Curverider was founded by the original developers of Elgg, David Tosh and Ben Werdmuller, to provide Elgg support and services.
